Dear Kingsage Sweden Community,
As many of you may have noticed, the recent weeks have been difficult for this community. This especially regarding the in game support.
Some members of our team had technical issues with computers and Real-Life priorities, and as they are volunteers to help the community, we can understand them. This resulted in our answer times to be hugely delayed and I personally apologize to you all for this.
Last weeks, I attempted to re-organize a team in order to help the few teamlers who remained here to assist the community. I finally found the ideal candidates to help me serve you better and the Team changes will be effective from now on.
I apologize again to you all for the inconvenience and I hope you will appreciate the changes and that things are going back to normal very soon.
